Will Fisher is a corporate attorney with broad experience providing operations support, advising on corporate transactions, financing and treasury matters, and providing day-to-day advising on general commercial legal matters.

Having spent several years as an M&A lawyer in a large law firm, and having worked in-house at two large public companies, Will has the skills to advise on material matters. However, his easy-going approach allows him to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of an organization.

Will is a proud graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, a husband, and father to two great kids. He and his family live in Flower Mound.

When Will isn't counseling on legal matters, he is an active part of his community. He has volunteered at local facilities to feed the elderly, participated and organized fundraisers to benefit those in need, and coaches his daughters' softball teams.
